• Legacy Motor Club Taking Future Focus to New City in 2028 (fanbuzz.com) — Legacy Motor Club plans to relocate its NASCAR Cup Series operations to a new 110,000-square-foot facility in Mooresville, positioning the town even more firmly at the center of the sport's industry hub. Team owner Jimmie Johnson says the move will cut commute times, improve collaboration with nearby Toyota partners, and create room for future expansion ahead of the 2028 season.
