• Granville Senior Centers Distributing Free Fans To Eligible Seniors (wizs.com) — Oxford seniors and residents with disabilities who lack adequate home cooling can now pick up a free fan at the Granville County Senior Center on Lanier Street, thanks to Operation Heat Relief. Similar help is available at the North Granville center in Stovall and the South Granville center in Creedmoor, all open weekdays, giving vulnerable neighbors a practical way to stay safer in the heat.
