Richter developed an affinity for charcuterie boards during her travels and always enjoyed opting for a lighter snack that offered a variety of different ingredients, flavors and textures, allowing her to sample the local palate. Her favorite Graze Craze offerings include peppered salami and hot Soppressata, perfectly complemented by a spicy mustard that gives a flavorful kick.

At Graze Craze, each charcuterie board is beautifully curated by a Grazologist™ — a highly-trained charcuterie concierge — with several different size options from single boxes for the lone grazer, to large boards arranged to create a grazing table with enough fresh food to feed a large wedding party or birthday crowd. The Raleigh Graze Craze is open for pick-ups Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m.–6 p.m. and 10 a.m.–3 p.m. on Sunday, with the option for free local delivery any day of the week.
