Red Roof® Completes $1.3 Million Renovation of Raleigh, N.C., property

RALEIGH, N.C., Nov. 11, 2024 - Red Roof®, the leader in economy lodging, has announced the renovation of the Red Roof Inn® Raleigh, N.C., at 3804 New Bern Ave. in Raleigh.

Owner Jay Dan Gigev 3804, LLC invested about $1.3 million into renovations at the property, which included adding new flooring and paint throughout as well as new case goods, light fixtures, vanities, mirrors, toilets and bathroom fixtures. Regular rooms now include new 43-inch TVs and superior rooms now offer new 55-inch TVs. The renovation project also added kitchenettes to 30 rooms.

The 129-room Red Roof Inn Raleigh offers guests free Wi-Fi, free parking, a guest laundry facility, free coffee in the lobby and a free expanded cable package. All rooms come equipped with a microwave and mini refrigerator.
