Investigators are asking anyone with information to contact the Wilmington Police Department or submit an anonymous tip through Tip 411 to help identify the driver.

A local Sea Tow captain urges area boaters to slow down, plan for emergencies, designate a sober operator, and keep life jackets and anchors ready as the season winds down.
