3. Cleveland Heights synagogue sues Cuyahoga Land Bank after eviction (cleveland19.com) — A longtime Cleveland Heights synagogue near Cain Park is suing the Cuyahoga Land Bank and a private buyer after being evicted from its Taylor Road building just before Rosh Hashanah, despite claiming a valid lease and buyback rights. Congregation leaders say they're scrambling to find temporary worship space and recover religious artifacts, while the land bank declines comment on the pending case.
   

4. Ohio flags spring testing data at 17 Northeast Ohio schools (news5cleveland.com) — Three Cleveland Metropolitan School District elementary schools are among 17 Northeast Ohio schools flagged for possible irregularities in spring state test scores, and they now must answer Ohio education officials' questions. District leaders, watchdogs, and charter operators are stressing testing integrity while also questioning the state's public disclosure process and how it may affect school reputations and grant decisions.
   

5. Rush Returns To Cleveland, The City That Helped Break The Band: Review (clevelandmagazine.com) — Rush is back in Cleveland for a two-night stand at Rocket Arena, their first local shows since 2012 and their first here without late drummer Neil Peart. Fans packed Night 1 for a three-hour performance filled with tributes, stories, and thanks to Cleveland, which the band credits with helping launch their career.
