• Ohio's seasonal daytime burn ban in effect (newsbreak.com) — If you're planning any outdoor burning around Dayton, be aware that Ohio's seasonal burn ban is now in effect from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. through Dec. 1. Fire officials stress that even burn barrels are restricted during these hours and urge residents to follow the rules to prevent fires and protect air quality.
   

• Trump Calls "Super" a Good Word for Intelligence, but "Fake" Still Fits News (iheart.com) — President Trump's recent campaign stop in Dayton featured a riff on his favorite political buzzwords, from "tariff" to "super intelligence," and renewed attacks on what he calls "fake" or "artificial" news. While the remarks were national in tone, they came as he rallied support for Republican candidates in front of a local crowd.
