If you believe a city plow directly hit your box, you'll need to call Public Works promptly for an inspection, after which the city may install either a wood-and-plastic setup or a vinyl sleeve option.

• Attorney's Office, Marshals Service announce arrests in Northern Ohio violent crime crackdown (mahoningmatters.com) — Northern Ohio law enforcement agencies, including a U.S. Marshals task force team based in Painesville, joined a large summer crackdown that led to more than 600 arrests and nearly 200 seized firearms. The coordinated "Operation Northern Shield" targeted violent fugitives and major drug activity across eight cities, aiming to reduce serious crime during the warm months.
