Oklahoma State Fair 2026: Tickets, parking, food, attractions (koco.com) — Oklahoma City residents can start planning their trip to the 2026 Oklahoma State Fair at the OKC Fairgrounds, running Sept. 17-27 with detailed hours, ticket prices, parking rules, and discount days. Oklahoma Firefighters Foundation to hold 15th annual 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb (news9.com) — This Saturday, downtown Oklahoma City will host the 15th annual 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb at Leadership Square and Oklahoma Tower, honoring fallen first responders and flight passengers. Firefighters, law enforcement, and civilians will climb the equivalent of 110 floors, with participants asked to arrive by 7 a.m. for an 8:15 ceremony and 8:46 start time.

Car and scooter collide in southwest Oklahoma City, leaving rider seriously injured (koco.com) — A scooter rider was seriously hurt Thursday night after a collision with a car near SW 69th Street and South Walker Avenue in southwest Oklahoma City. Police say the car's driver stayed at the scene, but the rider's exact injuries are still unknown as investigators work to determine what happened.

OKC Ballet dancer returns to stage after brain tumor diagnosis (news9.com) — Oklahoma City residents can see longtime Oklahoma City Ballet soloist Randy Fernandez back on stage Friday night at Scissortail Park's free Ballet Under the Stars performance.
