ASB to Start Budget Process

Update: The proposed preliminary budget passes; assumes a 1.7 percent tax increase

The Abington School Board will likely approve the district's proposed preliminary budget for the 2012-13 school year tonight.

According to the draft agenda, the budget will be $134.2 million and will include a millage rate of 28.27.
