• Clean And Renewable Energy Resolution Passed In Jenkintown (patch.com) — Abington residents are part of a growing regional push for clean energy, as Jenkintown Borough has now joined Abington and more than 45 other municipalities in adopting a renewable energy resolution. The measure supports a transition to locally generated, renewable power and helps Montgomery County move toward its goal of having one-third of its municipalities committed to cleaner energy and healthier communities.
