Siegel says the $562 million plan, heavy on law-and-order spending and farmland preservation, avoids a controversial wealth tax while aiming to fix years of structural deficits before commissioners vote by Oct. 31. 
2. Zoning meeting on Emmaus Avenue data center in Allentown postponed (mcall.com) — A key Allentown zoning hearing on a proposed data center at 2401 W. Emmaus Avenue in south Allentown has been postponed at the request of both sides.
