2 Lower Merion Roads Affected By Work Next Week
City Avenue, as well as Wynnewood and Hollow roads, will all see some kind of restriction to accommodate various projects, PennDOT said.

LOWER MERION, PA – PennDOT announced continuing work in Lower Merion Township will affect three roads in the area the week of June 19.
PennDOT said right lane closures are scheduled on northbound and southbound City Avenue between Lapsley Lane and Belmont Avenue in Philadelphia and Lower Merion.
The restrictions will be in place between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. from Monday, June 19, to Friday, June 23.

Crews will be working on traffic signal installations that are part of the $2.9 million project to improve travel and safety on a three-mile section of City Avenue between Interstate 76 and Lancaster Avenue.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area.

The contractor’s schedule is dependent on the weather.
Additionally, Aqua PA and PECO work on Wynnewood and Hollow roads will continue during the week.
According to PennDOT, PECO will restrict lanes on Hollow Road in the township between Conshohocken State and Hagy's Ford roads.
The restrictions will be in effect between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday, June 19 through Friday, July 7, PennDOT said.
Traffic will be controlled by flagging, PennDOT said.
PennDOT said Wynnewood Road will be restricted by Aqua PA work from June 19 through July 7.
PennDOT said the restrictions will be in place between County Line and Ballytore roads in the township.
The restrictions will be in place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with traffic controlled by flagging, PennDOT said.
