Car Seat Checkpoints Coming To Lower Merion Next Week
For two weeks, police in the township will be checking to make sure child passengers are safely secured in vehicles.

LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA – Next week is Child Passenger Safety Week and police in Lower Merion Township will be out in force checking car seats all week.
From Sunday, Sept. 17 to Saturday, Sept. 30, police will be conducting car seat checkpoints throughout the township.
Police said vehicle crashes are the leading cause of death of children one to 14 years old.

In addition to the week of car seat checkpoints, Lower Merion Police do free car seat checks all year to ensure your children are safe and secure in vehicles.
