City Ave. Lanes Closing Next Week: PennDOT

LOWER MERION, PA – PennDOT said the ongoing work related to the 2.9 million safety improvement project on City Avenue will cause traffic disruptions from May 30 to June 2.

The right lane of both north and southbound City Avenue will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, May 30 to Friday, June 2.

The closures will be in effect between Lancaster and Bryn Mawr avenues, PennDOT said.

Crews will be working on traffic signal work, PennDOT said.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area.

The contractor’s schedule is dependent on the weather.
