I-76 Eastbound Lane Closing Overnight In Lower Merion
The closure will be in effect between Interstate 476 and City Avenue/Route 1, PennDOT said.
LOWER MERION, PA – Interstate 76 east in Lower Merion Township will see a lane close overnight for the next several days, according to PennDOT.
The closure will be in effect between Interstate 476 and City Avenue/Route 1 from 9 p.m. Thursday, July 6 to 5 a.m. Friday, July 7. The closure will be in effect overnight Friday, July 7 into Saturday, July, 8, as well.
Crews will be working on milling and concrete patching operations as part of a major improvement project to repair and resurface 12.5 miles of the interstate, PennDOT said.

All scheduled activities are weather dependent. Motorists are advised to use an alternate route or allow extra time when traveling on I-76 in the work areas because backups and delays will occur.
