I-76 West Lanes Closing Wednesday In Lower Merion

Nackups and delays will occur, PennDOT said.

LOWER MERION, PA – PennDOT said westbound Interstate 76 in Lower Merion Township will see intermittent lane closures to accommodate work that's part of a project to repair and resurface 12.5 miles of the interstate.

According to PennDOT, intermittent lane closures are scheduled on westbound I-76 between U.S. 1/City Avenue and I-476 in the township.

The closures will be in effect between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., PennDOT said.

All scheduled activities are weather dependent, according to PennDOT.

Motorists are advised to use an alternate route or allow extra time when traveling on I-76 in the work area because backups and delays will occur.
