The Lower Merion Human Relations Commission is hosting a new series of community dialogues aimed at informing the community about the specific protections in township’s Anti-Discrimination Ordinance, and to learn how the commission can best meet the needs of residents, the township announced.

The first session in the series will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 14 in the Board Room of the Lower Merion Township Building at 75 E. Lancaster Ave., Ardmore.

The session will focus on LGBTQ provisions of the ordinance, provide a chance for the community to hear about LGBTQ experiences from residents and employees in the area, discuss the LGBTQ community's needs, and how to protect the LGBTQ community's rights, the township said.
