Lower Merion Closes All Township Fords, Fields
The National Weather Service says the national 30-year average for flood deaths is 127.

LOWER MERION, PA – Lower Merion Township said weather has closed all the township's fords Thursday, April 6.
According to the National Weather Service, nearly half of all flash flood deaths are vehicle related and the national 30-year average for flood deaths is 127.
Additionally, Friday's wet weather led the township to close all township owned fields.
