Lower Merion Open House Cancelled

The township did not say if the event will be rescheduled.

ARDMORE, PA – Bad news for those looking to get an inside peek at the Lower Merion Township adminstrative and police buildings at Sturday's open house, as the township cancelled Saturday's event.

The township said Friday morning that the event was cancelled due to the inclement weather forecast for Saturday, despite the township initially saying it would be held rain or shine.

The township did not say if the event will be rescheduled.

The event was set to include a police K-9 exhibit, visits to the fire prevention trailer, tours of emergency vehicles, bike helmet sales from Main Line Health, music, face painting, and much more.
