Acting Apprentice Sparkles at America's Oldest Theatre!

Donovan Lockett works as an Acting Apprentice at the Walnut Street Theatre. As such, she tours with the Walnut's Outreach Company, which brings educational entertainment to schools in the Delaware Valley. She also had the opportunity to perform in WST's annual holiday tradition, Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol on the Mainstage this past December.

See her take on the roles of Teacher, Mom and Jane in WST for Kids production of Freckleface Strawberry The Musical! Based on the book by Oscar-winner Julianne Moore, this colorful musical teaches kids to be proud of who they are and to accept others for who they are, too!
