Caregiver Support Group

In this FREE Caregiving Support Group, participants aged 55 and over will learn about strategies and resources to help them have satisfying and fulfilling caregiving experiences. All are invited who are caring for a loved one and are feeling stressed, overwhelmed or not sure where to look for help. On Friday, April 7 at 10:00 AM, Dr. Claudia Jorge and Nancy Boxer, Psychotherapist will lead a discussion including basic caregiving skills needed to provide quality care, how to cope with the stress of caregiving, and caring for the caregiver. Bring your questions and concerns. Refreshments will be served.

Interested parties can stop by in person to New Horizons Senior Center, 100 Conway Avenue, 2nd floor or call 610-664-2366. Come early (at noon) and enjoy a catered lunch provided by Betty the Caterer for only $2.
