Being cold takes the fun out of Winter months. Luckily there are many ways to stay warm! Brian Diksa and Riddhi Patel, physical therapists from NovaCare Rehab, will present tips and strategies for keeping warm this winter, such as how to dress for warmth, how to stay active and more.
