Elysian Camerata opens its 10th season at Bala Cynwyd's historic Church of St. Asaph on Sunday, November 9, at 3pm.

Elysian Camerata return for their tenth season as one of Philadelphia’s most respected chamber music ensembles with a concert at their Church of St. Asaph “home base” on Sunday, November 9, at 3pm. The Elysians opening program will include the Vaughan Williams Phantasy Quintet, the Borodin String Quartet No. 2 in D major, and the Mozart String Quintet in C major, K 515. This will be the first of four concerts at the historic Church of Saint Asaph this coming season.

The Elysians’ 10th season will open with guest artists violinist Dana Weiderhold and violist Amy Leonard joining the ensemble. They join Elysian members cellist Talia Schiff, pianist Rahel Inniger, violinist Barbara Jaffe, and violist Louise Jaffe.

Dana most frequently performs as principal second violinist with the Lancaster Symphony Orchestra and as assistant concertmaster of the Mid-Atlantic Symphony Orchestra. She is concertmaster of the Anthracite Philharmonic and has performed as an orchestral musician with the Annapolis, Allentown, Pottstown, Chester County Pops, Kennett, and Delaware County Symphony Orchestras. In addition to her orchestral playing, Dana has appeared as guest artist and soloist with the Gabriel Chamber Ensemble, the West Chester University Chamber and Symphony Orchestras, and the Newark Symphony Orchestra.
