Gentle Massage at New Horizons in Narberth

On Wednesdays, September 13 and 27, at 12:45-2:30 PM, by appointment, New Horizons offers Gentle Massage for Seniors, with practitioner Christine Gormley-Winner, for adults 55 and over. Senior's Massage focuses on the back, shoulder, neck and arms where much stress and tension is held. It's a great way to relax muscles and improve circulation and it leaves one with a sense of well-being. Call New Horizons to schedule a 15 minute session, @ $12 for Members, and $14 for Non-Members. Interested parties can stop by in person to New Horizons Senior Center, 100 Conway Avenue, 2nd floor or call 610-664-2366 to make an appointment. Plan ahead and enjoy a catered lunch provided by Betty the Caterer for only $2.
