Getting Rid of Stress at New Horzions
Learn Meditation and Stress Relieving Techniques for Seniors
During the holidays it is easy to feel more stressed than usual. On Tuesday, December 15 at 11 AM, Alisa Phillips will introduce strategies and practical methods to lessen the stress and begin to cultivate happiness and inner peace.
Stress can be removed as easily as pulling out a splinter. We don’t have to understand it to remove the pain. We simply have to outsmart the negative bias of the mind. In this workshop, Ms. Phillips will introduce a release technique to begin to learn how to let go of resistance. Then, actively turn your positive experiences into lasting inner strength. Meditation will involve the scent of a rose and eating chocolate.
Stay after (at noon) for a delicious lunch provided by Betty the Caterer for only $2.
