New Horizons Music Week Arts Week--Fourth Day

New Horizons offers a Music Arts week in the first week of August for all adults 55+. On the fourth day,

travel around the musical world, from France to Italy...to Africa!

1:00 David Levine: African Adventures: David Levine will bring his Kora, an exotic African Instrument, and discuss his experiences living in Africa and working as CEO and President of "West Africa Medicine and Education" (WAME). WAME has been actively helping rural medical clinics in Africa. They have dug wells, installed plumbing and solar electricity, helped kids get an education and brought hope to places all over the country.

New Horizons Senior Center has been providing a wide array of programs and services to appeal to the interests, talents, and desires of local seniors since 1976, keeping them active, engaged, and independent. The Center will be closed for the remainder of August and will reopen Tuesday, September 5.
