Louie, my sweet 2 year old rescue pup, was in the back of my car when my car was stolen from a parking lot in South Philadelphia on October 9, 2014. The car was found, sans parts, in North Philadelphia a few days later but Louie remains missing. He’s a lab mix, weighs approximately 55 pounds, and is microchipped and neutered. He’s very shy around people and is likely hiding. There has been one confirmed sighting of him running loose on the night of the theft at Frankford and Somerset in Port Richmond.
