Democratic National Convention: Speaker Schedule, Road Closures, Detours
The DNC is expected to draw 50,000 visitors to Philadelphia. Road closures and detours will be in place through Friday.

More than 50,000 visitors are expected to descend upon Philadelphia for the 2016 Democratic National Convention, which begins Monday and goes through Thursday. Hillary Clinton will accept her party's nomination for president at the culmination of the four-day event.
The event will be held at the Wells Fargo Center, where high-profile politicians, including President Barack Obama and former President Bill Clinton, will be speaking to promote the party platform in an effort to draw Democratic votes in November.
The Democratic National Convention comes one week after the Republican National Convention in Cleveland, where Donald Trump accepted his party's nomination to rival Clinton in a match-up for the next president.
