Juniper Communities Announces Kenny Faunce and Silvana Qypi Selected for LEVEL UP! Leadership Program

[Bensalem, PA] - Juniper Village at Bucks County is proud to announce that Kenny Faunce, Assistant Executive Director and Silvana Qypi, Business Office Manager, have been selected to participate in Juniper Communities’ LEVEL UP! Academy, a two-year leadership development program designed to support high-performing associates as they grow into future leadership roles within the organization.

Launched in 2024, LEVEL UP! Academy brings together associates from across Juniper Communities for immersive learning, mentorship, and hands-on leadership development. Participants are nominated by community and executive leadership based on performance, commitment, and potential.

As members of the Juniper Village at Bucks County team, Kenny and Silvana play an important role in supporting resident well-being and community culture. Through their work in both the engagement and business departments, they contribute to an environment rooted in connection, collaboration, and purpose. Their selection for the program recognizes their dedication to residents and potential for continued leadership growth.
