Juniper Village at Bucks County Now Offering SilverSneakers Classes Open to the Community
Older adults in Bensalem now have a new opportunity to get moving — and stay connected — right in their own backyard.

[Bensalem, PA] – Juniper Village at Bucks County is offering SilverSneakers fitness classes open not only to residents, but to the broader community. As the nation's leading fitness program designed for older adults, SilverSneakers focuses on improving physical and mental well-being and is included at no extra cost in many Medicare Advantage and Medigap plans.
Classes are held every Friday at 2:30 PM. The SilverSneakers Stability class is a beginner-to-intermediate session designed to build balance and strength and reduce fall risk. First-time participants can try their first three classes for free, with additional sessions available for five dollars each or potentially covered by insurance.
But the experience doesn't stop at the workout. Each Friday at 3:30 PM, Juniper hosts a happy hour with live music — a laid-back setting where participants can unwind and connect with one another and with team members. It's that combination of movement and community that makes the program something worth showing up for week after week.
