Juniper Village at Bucks County Welcomes Hayley Samsel as Director of Connections and Catalyst

[Bucks County, PA] – Juniper Village at Bucks County is pleased to announce the addition of Hayley Samsel as Director of Connections and Catalyst. In this role, Samsel will lead engagement initiatives for both community members and associates, supporting Juniper’s ongoing commitment to nurturing the spirit of life.

Hayley’s journey with Juniper is a special one. She first joined the organization as a Penn State intern at Juniper Village at Brookline and has since grown through multiple roles across Juniper Communities. Through these experiences, she developed a strong foundation in the organization’s culture, values, and approach to engagement.

She now returns to Juniper Village at Bucks County with both a fresh perspective and a deep familiarity with the community where she began her career. Samsel brings a unique blend of energy, creativity, and compassion to her role. In her new position, she will focus on designing and supporting meaningful engagement opportunities that promote connection, wellness, and purpose throughout the community.

Outside of her work, Samsel enjoys spending time outdoors, walking with her husband and their two dogs, Cleo and Mayzee, and recharging at the Jersey Shore, one of her favorite places to unwind.
