The 2 mile walk funds Hodgkin's lymphoma research at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Texas Children's Hospital at Baylor which is given through The Adam R Spector Foundation which is a non-profit 501(c)(3) charity. Whole Foods is a sponsor and provides refreshments, yoga instructor for stretching, fabulous raffles including tickets to sporting events, gift certificates to fine restaurants, tickets to various Philadelphia attractions.
Wendy Saltzman, investigative reporter from 6abc is the emcee.
It is a wonderful event for a very important cause.
