Join us as we gather together, from locations near
and far to hear scriptures which remind us of the unhappy times in our
ancestor’s past. We also are given permission to acknowledge that
sometimes (especially during the holiday season) “nobody knows the
troubles we’ve seen”. The holiday season is a sad time for many!
We are invited to gather and share (or not) our stories around the
“Table of Tears”; candles are lit and we remember loved ones who have
died, lost relationships, hardships and sadness. We will be blessed with
a gift of dance and will learn that we can lean on one another and hold
one another up and walk with one another on this journey.
