Is your dog missing from the yard? Just saw a black border collie/retriever mix dog running around Chestnut Hill. First spotted on St Martins, then turned west on Willow Grove, ran up Germantown Ave and then across to east side. Tried to get it to approach me (I have a dog and had treats in my pocket) but he/she is skittish. And is running into traffic so please try to find your dog!
