More Details Emerge In Mt. Airy Killing

Police released more information on the Mt. Airy killing and crash that occurred Tuesday afternoon, naming the alleged killer.

Martina Westcott, 27, of the 7500 block of Valley Avenue in Roxborough, turned herself into police Wednesday, police said.

Westcott has bee charged with murder, firearms not to be carried without a license, carrying firearms in Philadelphia, and possession of an instrument of crime, court records show.

Westcott was denied bail, court records show.

Westcott was the ex girlfriend of 33-year-old Terrell Bruce, who authorities found dead Tuesday afternoon from a single gunshot wound to the temple after responding to a car accident.
