Pro woman needs furn room for (Dec), Jan, Feb and March (Mt. Airy/Chestnut Hill/Germantown)

I am a professional woman who works in human services/social work (and student affairs in higher education). Due to budget cuts, the program I was working in was eliminated, so I was recently laid off and am currently receiving unemployment compensation.
I have current PA criminal, child abuse and FBI clearances.
I am clean, quiet, considerate, kind and ethical. I need a quiet and calm place where I can focus on my job search.


Musts:
No smoking
No drugs of any kind/I am NOT 420 friendly
Internet access
W/D or very close to laundromat
No security deposit or very small one only since short-term


Price negotiable depending upon offering but must be reasonable.
If will have a private bath will pay more than if have to share one.

Due to the immediate need/time constraint, I can only consider the noted locations b/c I currently already live in Mt. Airy and need to be able to see as many places as possible this week.
