Woman needs daily work with daily pay (Mt. Airy or Chestnut Hill only)

Hello,

In short:
I am a professional woman who was laid off due to budget cuts.
I have worked in human services/HS for most of my life but have also worked in various other fields for 2nd/part-time jobs since HS doesn't pay well.
I have a strong work ethic, no matter the job, and could do office work such as filing, clean, or provide child care. I actually enjoy cleaning and I adore kids.
I have child abuse and FBI clearances.
I need to be paid on a daily basis as I am really struggling.

Please reply to this post if you have any work available.
Work can only be in Mt. Airy/Chestnut Hill so that I can walk to and from.
