If you like to dance this Zumba class is for you!   We will dance and tone our arms with the Zumba Sticks that shake like maracas.  We travel around the world with rhythms and dance.   Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Mambo, Tango, Broadway Jazz, Polynesian, Hip Hop, Cumba, Belly Dance and Reggatone.  An international journey in each class. 

Zumba Gold Toning is was designed for the beginner or Senior participant.

Karen is a former dancer with Philadanco, choreographer and dance educator. Please join us for this fun Dance and Fitness.
