Just a Few Gray Hairs: Rowan Elementary Students Dress Like They're 100 Years Old to Celebrate 100 Days of School

Now those are some mature-looking first-graders! The students also could wear 100 things.

They’re quite a few years away yet from having any real gray hairs yet, but that didn’t stop first-graders at Rowan Elementary School from imagining what they’d look like a century from now.

As part of the activities to celebrate their 100th day of the school year Wednesday, the students dressed as if they were 100 years old. Many of the first-graders wore shawls and ties or topped off their ensembles with round spectacles.Β

Students also had the option to attach 100 things to themselves.
