5 Fun Things To Do In Bucks County This Weekend
In addition to fall festivals and craft markets, pumpkin-themed events will be taking place throughout the county on Saturday and Sunday.
BUCKS COUNTY, PA — The weekend before Halloween will usher in two days packed with fall fun, from community costume parades to harvest festivals and pumpkins, pumpkins, pumpkins.
Bucks County will abound with things to do, from Canal-O-Ween in Yardley, which kicks off with a Carve-O-Thon, to the CB Cares Pumpkinfest, where visitors can watch as professional and amateur artists will be creating pumpkin masterpieces on the grounds of the Moravian Pottery and Tile Works in Doylestown.

Pumpkinfest Features Weekend Of Artistry, Fall Fun
This weekend is all about the pumpkin as CB Cares brings its hugely popular Pumpkinfest to Doylestown for another year. In what’s promising to be an amazing weekend of artistry and fun, the two-day event kicks off on Saturday, Oct. 26 from 1 to 8 p.m. and continues on Sunday, Oct. 27 from 4 to 8 p.m. on the grounds of the Moravian Pottery and Tile Works off of Swamp Road. Craftery Market To Bring Artisanal Treasures To Bucks
The Craftery Market returns to the grounds of the Mercer Museum in Doylestown with its modern and unique market experience on Saturday, Oct. 26 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Shoppers will discover more than 80 carefully curated vendors at the handmade artisan market including handmade goods, antique and vintage treasures, original art, and artisanal treasures. Experience Halloween Along The Canal In Yardley
For over 15 years, Canal-O-Ween has shined its spotlight on Halloween, illuminating the banks of the Delaware Canal with lit Jack-O-Lanterns. The week-long event starts Sunday with Carve-O-Thon, in which over 450 pumpkins will arrive to be carved starting at noon, said Experience Yardley, the organization running the family event. Fallsington Library to Host Fall Concert Fundraiser
Following a successful 2023 gala that featured a rousing performance from the Fiddlehead String Quartet on the Fallsington Library’s newly revamped second-floor stage, the library is once again opening its doors and inviting patrons and community members alike to its Fall Concert Fundraiser on Saturday. The Fiddlehead String Quartet returns for the night of fun and fundraising. Attendees can enjoy light fare, library-themed games, as well as the chance to bid on dozens of items, including tickets to area museums and botanical gardens, restaurant gift cards, attraction tickets, musical instruments, vintage and antique items, jewelry, art, and more.

High Heel Drag Race To Hit The Ground Running
The 20th Annual High Heels Drag Race will hit the ground running on Sunday, Oct. 27 on West Mechanic Street as part of New Hope Celebrates "OUT In October." The public is invited to watch as a gang of glamorous ghouls speed to the finish line in this sinister stiletto showdown. This year’s theme is “20 Years Running - Thrills, Chills & Fierce High Heels." The fun begins at 3 p.m. on West Mechanic Street.Click here to read more.
