April Brings Easter Celebrations, Spring Fun To Peddler's Village

Highlighting the month will be an Easter Egg Hunt, an Easter Brunch and a Spring FunFest.

LAHASKA, PA — April at Peddler's Village in Lahaska kicks off with Easter celebrations, including an Easter Egg Hunt (a ticketed event) on Saturday, April 8 and an all-day Easter buffet at the Cock ‘n Bull on Sunday, April 9.

Hop over to the Visitor & Event Center field for an Old-Fashioned Easter Egg Hunt at 1030 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 8. This is a timed and ticketed event with limited capacity for each time.

Each time slot features separate areas for ages 1-3, 4-7, and 8-10. The cost is $12 per child plus tax, which includes an Easter basket, six eggs during the hunt, a PEEPS candy treat, a plush pal toy, a chance to win the grand prize and selfies with the Easter Bunny.

The Easter Buffet will be served from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 9 at the Cock 'n Bull. The cost is $54.95 per adult; $19.95 per child (ages 6-9) and free for ages five and under. Reservations are required. Call 215-794-4010 or book via OpenTable.

April continues with Spring FunFest, the first festival of the year at Peddler’s Village, on Saturday, April 22 and Sunday, April 23. Geared towards guests of all ages, Spring FunFest will include special activities and live performances, outdoor food and drinks, and a Family Fun Walk
benefiting the Autism Cares Foundation ($10 per person). Guests who participate will receive a free carousel ride at Giggleberry Fair and kids under 12 years of age will also receive a moonbounce ticket. The first 50 participants will receive a $5 Giggleberry Fair game card.

“We’re excited to be entering the next season of festivals and events at Peddler’s Village,” said Chief Operating Officer Bob McGowan. “Each year, we strive to provide a family-friendly destination where guests of all ages can enjoy our special events – a place where visitors, near and far, can experience the very best of what Bucks County has to offer. This year is looking to be the best yet for our festivals and events here at Peddler’s Village.”

Other upcoming events include Comedy in the Village on Friday, April 21, a Murder Mystery Dinner Theater: Houdini’s Whodunit on Friday, April 14, and a Cupcake Decorating Competition,
with entries displayed from Wednesday, May 3 through Saturday, May 20.

A blood drive open to the public will be held on April 10. And the Strawberry Month Kickoff Weekend will be held on May 6 and 7.
