Brawl In Warrington Results In 1 Hospitalization, 1 Arrest: Cops
Warrington Police had to call in several neighboring jurisdictions to restore order. One person was hospitalized, another is facing charges.

WARRINGTON, PA — A brawl in Warrington last weekend resulted in one person being hospitalized, and another charged with aggravated assault, police said.
Warrington police report they had to call in units from several neighboring jurisdictions to restore order along the 200 block of Easton Road early Sunday, Oct. 7.
According to police, Brian James Herbert, 23, of Southampton has been charged with aggravated assault after the incident.

Warrington Police were called to the area for a report of "several" physical fights inside and outside the area. Police did not respond to a request for further information on the location of the incident. There are several businesses along the 200 block of Easton Road, including Buffalo Wild Wings, Red Robin, and LongHorn Steakhouse.
When officers arrived to the scene, a victim told police he was put in a head lock, choked, put on the ground, and another person stomped on his ribs.

Police were able to identify the suspect as Herbert. He was initially uncooperative when approached by police, authorities said. He was taken into police custody, charged and arraigned at 4 a.m., court documents show.
The victim sustained internal injuries and was taken to Abington Trauma Center, police said.
His current condition was not released.
Herbert's preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 19.
