Central Bucks Kindergarten Registration For 2017-2018 Starts Oct. 24

Do you have a child who will be in kindergarten next year? Time to start thinking about registration.

Central Bucks School District will begin kindergarten registration for the 2017-2018 school year on Monday Oct. 24.

Central Bucks offers a half-day kindergarten program. Children attend school in the morning or the afternoon and sessions are not switched at mid-year. One-way transportation is provided.

"Morning session children take the bus in the morning and are picked up by parents at lunchtime. Afternoon session children are brought to school by parents and are bused home," according to information from the district.

For your child to be eligible, they must be five years old on or before Aug. 31, 2017. "There are no exceptions to this eligibility cutoff date," the district said.
