Under the new five-year agreement, which goes through February 2024, Kopicki will earn a base salary of $235,000 annually.

DOYLESTOWN, PA —The Central Bucks School District has agreed to another five-year employment contract with Superintendent John Kopicki. The employment agreement was approved at a school board meeting on Feb. 26.

Under the new five-year agreement, which goes through February 2024, Kopicki will earn a base salary of $235,000 annually. He will be given an annual salary increases of a minimum of 2.5 percent per school year starting with the 2020-2021 school year "provided the performance appraisal is rated proficient."

"Nothing herein shall preclude the Board of School Directors from increasing the annual compensation for the Superintendent in excess of the percentages as set forth," the agreement states.

Additional benefits include 15 sick days, 21 vacation days, three personal days, group life insurance at twice his annual salary, health benefits, and more. You can view the full agreement here.

Kopicki was hired by Central Bucks School District in April 2016. He started at a salary of $210,000, which was subject to an annual performance evaluation by the board.
