Developer Breaks Ground On The Landmark At Dublin
Project to bring 78 new luxury apartments, 15,000-square-feet of retail space to the heart of Dublin Borough.

DUBLIN BOROUGH, PA — The Landmark at Dublin is coming to Main Street in 2025.
Borough officials joined Keystone Partners Group, Suburban City Group, and Milex Construction on Friday in breaking ground on two new four story buildings in the heart of the borough and across the street from the Dublin Village Center.
The Landmark at Dublin, which project officials are calling “a new era in luxury living,” will feature 78 fully managed, high-end luxury apartments on the top three floors when it opens next year.

"We're looking to capture a really nice demographic of younger professionals and a lot of lifestyle changers. It's going to be an exceptional community with a lot of great community features," said Antonio DiCianni, a principal with the Suburban City Group.
The project will also bring 15,000-square-feet of new commercial space to the street.

"We expect to see seven to 10 new businesses coming into the Dublin area, which is really great not only for the local economy but those people who live here in the community and live in our building as well," said DiCianni. "We expect some restaurants. We expect a lot of food service and retail users as well.
"We're in a great place where we can create an extension of that town center feel almost like you're living in the city in the best part of the suburbs," said DiCianni.

Throughout the design process, which took about three years to complete, DiCianni said the developers worked closely with Dublin Borough to meet strict design standards while keeping in mind community.
“We are very excited to be delivering a building here that’s going to really fit well with the community. It's going to jive really well with our neighbors,” said DiCianni. “And we think it's a great addition to Dublin Borough."
The building’s luxury apartment units will each be designed with a focus on providing premium amenities and comfort. In addition, the complex will include several fun amenities including sports simulators and gaming rooms and a relatively new concept, Class A work-from-home office space including meeting rooms and cubicles.
“We are thrilled to embark on this journey and bring such a transformative project to our community,” said Michael DeMaio of Milex Construction. “The Landmark at Dublin is poised to become a premier living destination, offering unparalleled luxury and convenience.”
Over the last decade, Dublin Borough has undergone a significant revitalization with the addition of new living, restaurant and shopping space.
"Dublin has always been a great place but we’ve seen a lot of really exciting projects happening over the last couple of years and I think it’s got a long way to go as well,” said DiCianni. "So to bring this project here, to bring new commercial space, to bring apartments is really an exciting thing and we think the integration with the rest of the community is something that we're all proud of."

DiCianni was joined at the groundbreaking by Rob Loughery, the president of the Nehemiah Development Company, which has led the way in the redevelopment of the borough with the Dublin Town Square project and its recent acquisition of the Dublin Village Center.
“Rob had a vision years ago for what the future of Dublin had to offer so we’re really excited, although we’re not part of the town center project, to be able to build a mixed use building with some great shops, retail and restaurants and some really nice high end apartments above it to integrate well with his project and the rest of Dublin Borough," said DiCianni. "We’re really bringing a sense of community, a sense of walkability here to Dublin.”
Loughery extended his congratulations to the project partners for their effort, resources and time put into the project. “This is a big moment. If you’re a developer and you’re doing a groundbreaking you know you’re almost there,” he said. "Congratulations to you and your team on the time, the patience it took to get to this moment."
Loughery remarked on the rarity of one developer inviting the developer across the street to their groundbreaking. "What’s special about that is that it’s indicative of what is going on here. It’s about partnerships. It’s about collaboration. It’s about working together trying to figure out how every one can do well for each other and for the community.
"What's great about this revitalization plan is that the borough didn't put it on a shelf somewhere. They were willing to work with small businesses, developers and investors and to say, 'Here are the goalposts. If you can get inside of them, we want to help you make it work.' That's what started 15 years ago and it continues today."
Dublin Borough Mayor Chris Hayes commented that when he first moved to Dublin 27 years ago, a sign sat on a piece of vacant land along Main Street announcing that retail would be coming soon. "That sign sat there for 15 to 18 years," he said. "It's nice to see those signs are gone and these signs are here."
