First Day Of School In Central Bucks Is Wednesday

Summer is officially over.

The first day of school for Central Bucks School District students is Wednesday, Aug. 31.

Here are some upcoming dates for the new school year to keep in mind:

Labor Day: September 5
School closed: October 3
Yom Kippur: October 12
Election Day: November 8
Thanksgiving break: November 23-25
Winter Break: December 26 - January 2
MLK Day: January 16
In-service: February 16-17
Presidents Day: February 20
Spring Break: April 13, 14, 17
Memorial Day: May 29
Last day: June 13
