UPDATE: Jimmy Buffett Tribute Band Concert Postponed

The Jimmy and the Parrots concert originally scheduled for Wednesday has been postponed due to inclement weather, the Doylestown Township Parks and Recreation Department announced.

"We are excited to announce that Jimmy will be joining us for a rescheduled performance in Central Park on Wednesday, September 13th at 7 pm," the township said.

The concert is part of Thompson Performing Arts Series, organized by the Doylestown Township Parks and Recreation.

There are still three more free concerts left this month. Here is the schedule:

• Aug 9: Little Red Rooster Band (Blues)
• Aug 16: Sensational Soul Cruisers (Motown/Philly Funk)
• Aug 23: Eric Mintel (Jazz)
