Judge Shuts Down Bucks County Recount Petitions: Report

After election recount petitions were filed in Bucks County, a judge in the county shut down the petitions Tuesday, according to the Bucks County Courier Times.
Judge Jeffery Finley denied 27 recount petitions, citing a lack of evidence for voting machine tampering, the Times reports.
An attorney for Green Party candidate Jill Stein argued that hacking allegations and computer expert statements were grounds for a full recount hearing, the outlet reports.

Meanwhile, Stein's federal election recount lawsuit in Pennsylvania had a date set Tuesday.
On Friday, Dec. 9 U.S. District Judge Paul S. Diamond will hear the suit, which will include arguments from Steins, Donald Trump, and Mike Pence attorneys.
