Lane Closures Planned On Rt. 611 In Plumstead, Backups Expected

PLUMSTEAD TOWNSHIP, PA — Lane closures are planned on a portion of Rt. 611 in Plumstead Township starting Aug. 19 and going through late September.

The weekday lane closures between Stump Road and Apple Butter Road are required for water main installation, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through this work area because backups and delays may occur.
